Josephine “Jo” Harper, 86, of Paducah died at 8:50 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013, at New Haven Assisted Living in Paducah.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2013, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Sunday.
