Martha A. Long Midyett, 90, of Paducah, formerly of Detroit, died at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Superior Care Home.

She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and retired from General Motors in Detroit.

She is survived by one niece.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Midyett; two brothers, and two sisters. Her parents were Luther and Mary Long.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Rev. Brian Roby officiating.

There will be no visitation. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
