Herbert Finnell, 81, of Paducah died at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at his home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 22, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Burial with full military honors will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013, at the funeral home.
