SYMSONIA — Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie J. Wallace of Symsonia recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Patti’s restaurant in Grand Rivers.

Mr. Wallace and the former Janice Kay Vaughan were married March 2, 1963, at the home of the bride by the late Rev. Lester Willis.

Mrs. Wallace is employed at H&R Block Premium in Paducah. She is the daughter of Curtis Vaughan of Benton and the late Ruby Hendrickson Vaughan.

Mr. Wallace is retired from the ICG and VMV Railroad and Reynolds and Doyle Cabinets. He is the son of the late Edmon and Thelma Hathcock Wallace.

They have three children: Kerry L. Wallace of Benton, Kevin Wallace of Paducah and Nathan Thomas of Symsonia.
