ELIZABETHTOWN, Ill. — Leona Fern Scott, 89, of Elizabethtown died Friday, March 8, 2013, at Hardin County General Hospital in Rosiclare.

She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Anderson; one son, Walter Lee “Walt” Anderson; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edward Scott; two brothers; one sister, and one grandson. Her parents were Norman Louis Barber and Sarah Luvina Owens.

A private funeral service and burial will be held at a later date. Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
