GOLCONDA, Ill. — Ruby Mae Bebout Hogg, 87, of Golconda died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Hardin County Hospital in Rosiclare. She worked as a cook at the nursing home in Rosiclare. She was of the Christian faith.

Ruby is survived by four children, Lloyd Hogg, Beatrice Yates, Bertha Towns, and Burtis Hogg; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ray “Bud” Bebout, and two sisters, Dora Bayne and Vernie Kluge.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Lloyd Hogg; three brothers, and four sisters. Her parents were Burel and Cora (Hicks) Bebout.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013, at Aly Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial will follow at Hogg Cemetery near Herod.

Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hogg Cemetery, c/o Evelyn Hogg, 253 Water Tower Road, Stonefort, IL 62987.
