Jeannie Carol Butler Cook, 59, of Paducah died at 7:55 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Lourdes hospital.

She was a member of Reidland Baptist Church and attended Community of Christ Church in Mayfield. She was a retired teacher for McCracken County Schools, and a member of Paducah/McCracken County Retired Teachers.

She is survived by her husband, James Stanley Cook; two sons, Zachary Jared Cook of Pittsburg, Pa., and Tyler Jordan Cook of Lexington; one sister, Evalena Duncan of Paducah; and one brother, Ray Butler of Mayfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents were Rodney Raymond and Imogene Kerley Butler.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral of Paducah with the Revs. Larry Lewis and Donald Coltharp officiating. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
