William and Courtney Quimby

Courtney Lynn Wallace and William Michael Quimby were united in marriage Sept. 1 at Heartland Worship Center in Paducah with the Rev. Rodney Wallace, grandfather of the bride, officiating. Music was provided by Mrs. Rhonda Krinard of Kevil.

The bride is the daughter of Micheal and Tracy Wallace of West Paducah.

The groom is the son of David and Betty Quimby of Burna.

The bride chose Mrs. Elise Gilkey of Owensboro as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Amy Staples of Louisville, Miss Meagan Finley of Greenville and Miss Hannah York of Harrisburg, Ill. Serving as flower girls were Miss Madison Moreland and Miss Emma Moreland, daughters of Pat and Sandra Moreland of Paducah. Ringbearers were Jack Perriello, son of Bryan and Susanna Perriello of Paducah; and Colton Crowell, son of Chip and Lisa Crowell of Paducah.

The groom chose Wesley Roethemeyer of Nashville, Tenn., as his best man. Groomsmen were Rene Azurdia and Clay Smith, both of Paducah, and Preston Metts of Owensboro. Serving as ushers were Kris Benefiel of Largo, Fla., Blake Crowell of Paducah and Cody Forsythe of Calvert City.

A reception followed at the Carson Center of Paducah. Servers were Crystal Renauldo, Stephanie Collins and Susanna Perriello, all of Paducah. Erika Crowell of Paducah attended the guest registry.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Heath High School and a 2012 magna cum laude graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro with a bachelor’s degree in middle school education. She is employed by McCracken County Public Schools.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Reidland High School and attended West Kentucky Community & Technical College. He served in Operation New Dawn in Iraq in 2011 with the Army National Guard. He is employed by Wal-Mart.

They reside in Paducah.
