BENTON — Freddie Elmo Wallace, 64, of Benton died at 10:40 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Lourdes hospital.
He was a self-employed timber cutter and member of Paris Christian Center in Paris, Tenn.
He is survived by one son, Shane Wallace of Benton; two daughters, Mandie Scates of Dover, Tenn., and Missy Morrical of Birdsville; three brothers, Tim Wallace and Hughie Wallace, both of Benton, and Blaine Wallace of Murray; one sister, Elaine Gipson of Benton, and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers; one sister, and one grandchild. His parents were R.E. Wallace and Velma (Young) Wallace.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at Collier Funeral Home in Benton with the Rev. Brenda Adamson officiating. Interment will be in Wade Cemetery at a later date.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at the funeral home.
