ELIZABETHTOWN, Ill. — Velma Lucille Davis, 85, of Elizabethtown died Monday, February 25, 2013, at Saline Care Center in Harrisburg.

She was a member of Elizabethtown General Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Bruce Davis of Livonia, La., and Dale Davis of Pinckneyville; one daughter, Mary Anne Armstrong of Elizabethtown; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Davis; two sisters; and one great-great-grandson. Her parents were Clarence and Lola Dale.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare. Burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at the funeral home.
