HICKMAN — Juanita (Van Cleave) Amberg, 88, of Perry, Ga., formerly of Hickman, died Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Summerhill Nursing Home in Perry.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her children, Judy Vianey of Perry, Ga., Linda Beaman of Sebring, Fla., Charles B. “Mickey” Amberg of Perry, Ga., Barbara Parker of Bessemer, Ala.; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Amberg; and three brothers. Her parents were Charles and Nell Van Cleave.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Hubbard Family Cemetery near Hickman with Rev. Bill Amberg officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman.
