CRAYNE — Services for Emma Lou Belt Williams, 79, of Crayne will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at Myers Funeral Home in Marion. Barry Hix will officiate and burial will be in New Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Williams died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services in Salem.

She was a retired employee of Potter and Brumfield.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Ercell “Junior” Williams; two daughters, Peggy Hill and Mary Lou Belt, both of Marion; one son, Eugene Belt of Marion; two stepsons, Eugene Williams and Darrell Williams, both of Marion; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; nine sisters and brothers; and five stepbrothers and stepsisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Ruple Belt, and one brother. Her parents were Ules and Velada Shuecraft Harris; and her stepmother was Estelle Harris.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at the funeral home.
