BELKNAP, lll. — Ruby Mae Mathis, 90, of rural Belknap died at 6:45 a.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Hillview Health Care Center in Vienna.
She was a homemaker and a member of Vienna Church of Christ.
She is survived by her children, Dena (Farmer) Phillips of Hardin, Sherry Ward of Anna, Marla Wyatt of York, Neb., Tony Mathis of Belknap, Terrie Mathis of Altadena, Calif., and Mark Mathis of Belknap; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Carlos Farmer and Daniel Mathis; one son, Ronnie Farmer; one daughter, Bonnie Chapman; one sister; and two brothers. Her parents were Ira and Ora (Modglin) Leek.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Interment will be in Berea Cemetery southeast of Vienna.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 18, 2013, at the funeral home.
