MAYFIELD — Services for Lola Lancaster Wallace, 93, of Mayfield will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Mayfield. The Rev. Wes Fowler will officiate. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Mrs. Wallace died at 2:04 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at the home of her son in Woodstock, Ga.
She was a retired bookkeeper for Sears and a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Byron “Jerry” Wallace of Avon Park, Fla., James “Jim” Wallace of Ripley, Miss., and John P. Wallace of Woodstock, Ga.; two daughters, Pamela Stroble of Dayton, Ohio, and Alecia Brown of Jackson, Tenn.; one sister, Glenda Fowler of Mayfield; five grandchildren; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron G. Wallace; two brothers, and three sisters.
Her parents were W.H. and Bertha Crawford Lancaster.
Friends may call after 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at the church.
Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.
