SMITHLAND — Jeremy Scott Cunningham, 31, of Smithland died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at his home.

He was a member of Heartland Worship Center of Paducah.

He is survived by two daughters, Taylor L. Cunningham of Gilbertsville and Cassidy A. Cunningham of Reidland; his parents, Ed and Tammy Cunningham of Smithland; his grandmother and stepgrandfather, Blanche and Tom Butler of Lone Oak; his grandmother, Joyce Rudolph of Boaz; two brothers, Michael A. Cunningham and Jacob E. Cunningham, both of Smithland, and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Billy Cunningham and Wade Rudolph.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Mickey Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Clarks River Cemetery in Graves County.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at the funeral home.
