PRINCETON — Services for David Wayne Walls Sr., 59, of Princeton will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton. Terry Phelps will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Walls died at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at Baptist Health Systems Madisonville.
He was former painter for the Fort Campbell Paint Shop and a member of Midway Valley Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, the Rev. Willard and Wilma Walls of Brookport, Ill.; five sons, David Wayne Walls Jr. of Dawson Springs, Scott Walls of Lexington, Johnny Meeks and Brian Meeks, both of Sturgis, and Jason Meeks of Princeton; three daughters, Kelly Walls-Basham of White Plains, Felisha Meeks-Carabajal of Uvalde, Texas, and Heather Walls-Murphy of Princeton; 22 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four brothers, Dennis Walls of Morganfield, Mickey Walls of Princeton, and Ricky Walls and Dickie Walls, both of Murray; and two sisters, Barbara Howell of Metropolis, Ill., and Tonya Hogue of Brookport.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Becky Walls; his mother, Ocie Mae Cummins Walls; and one grandchild.
