HICKMAN — Ruth Harding Norville, 86, of Hickman died January 25, 2013, at Obion County Nursing Home in Union City, Tenn.

She was a retired teacher, teaching at Western Elementary School in Fulton County and Lewis & Clark Elementary School in Wood River, Ill. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Union City.

She is survived by one son, Joe Bondurant of Hickman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Atha Kyral Norville; two brothers; and two sisters. Her parents were Leonard and Mary (Ezell) Harding.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2013, at Strong Funeral Home with the Rev. Henry Callison officiating. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2013, and again Monday, January 28, 2013, from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
