MADISONVILLE — David Pendley, 30, of Madisonville died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at his home.

He was a commercial cook and a member of Grapevine Holiness Church.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Pendley; his mother, Patricia Pendley-Carty of Madisonville; his father, Jimmy Pendley of Madisonville; three sons, Calvin Pendley, Michael Pendley II, and George Pendley; two brothers, Matthew Lewis Pendley of Madisonville and Austin Dakota Pendley of Marietta, Ga.; his paternal grandmother, Joana Billings of Paducah; his maternal grandmother, Martha Powell of Princeton; one stepbrother, Jeremy Allison of Madisonville; and one stepsister, Brianna Allison of Madisonville.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Calvin Pendley, and maternal grandfather, George Powell.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz with the Rev. Rodney James officiating.

Burial will follow at Caldwell Blue Spring Baptist Church Cemetery in Caldwell County.

The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at the funeral home.
