Thresa Lea (Terry) Faughn, 53, of West Paducah, departed this life on Sunday, 12/30/2012, at 11:30 a.m. at Lourdes hospital from a massive heart attack.

She was a member of Brookport Church of Christ in Brookport, Ill.

Miss Faughn was the treasured daughter of Howard and Maxine Faughn; mother of Jeremy Dean Childers of West Paducah; a 20-year companion of Charlie Kingston of West Paducah; 11 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Jackie Faughn.

Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Paul Wingfield.
