FULTON — Carl R. Howard, 69, of Fulton died Wednesday at his home.

Mr. Howard was a member of Pilot Oak Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Jane Jackson Howard; one daughter, Tammy Howard of Fulton; one son, John Howard of Fulton; and three grandchildren.

His parents were Millie Cunningham and John Dudley Howard.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Greenlea Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
