MAYFIELD — Memorial services for Kimberly Christina Fortner, 17, of Mayfield will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Northside Church of Christ.

Miss Fortner died at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield.

She was a junior at Graves County High School, where she was a member of the Art Club, FBLA, volleyball and track teams, and the school’s broadcast team. She was a member Northside Church of Christ, where she was associated with the church’s youth group, as well as the youth group of Seven Oaks Church of Christ.

Survivors include her parents, Kevin and Rebecca Simons Fortner of Mayfield; two sisters, Rachel Fortner and Julia Fortner, both of Mayfield; and her grandparents, Richard and Jackie Fortner of Marion, and John “Jack” and Barbara Simons of Belle, Mo.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
