OAK GROVE — Doug Atkins, 61, of Oak Grove died Friday.

He was of the Baptist faith and a 32nd degree Mason. He had worked as a shipping and receiving foreman.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Anne Atkins of Hopkinsville; one daughter, Katherine Atkins of Hopkinsville; two sisters, Patricia Fussenegger of Union and Judith Stratton of Hopkinsville; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Douglas Atkins Sr.

Graveside and Masonic services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at East End Cemetery with Jerry Crunk officiating.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. Tuesday at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz.
