DEXTER — Teresa Chadwick Duncan, 47, of Dexter died Friday at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.

She is survived by her mother, Norma Sue Chadwick of Dexter; two sons, Ernie Chadwick of Murray and Jessie Rex Chadwick of Dexter; three daughters, Teresa Dawn Foriest and Billie Jane Duncan, both of Murray, and Tashia Chadwick of Dexter; two brothers, James Chadwick of Dexter and Ricky Chadwick of Murray; a sister, Sue Walls of Murray; and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Rex Chadwick; and a sister.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Imes-Miller Funeral Home with Richard Burkeen officiating.

Burial will follow at Stewart Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors between 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
