MURRAY — Larry Gene Robinson, 68, of Murray died 1:44 p.m. Monday at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, and retired from the City of Murray Gas Co.

He is survived by his wife, Holly (Beadles) Robinson; one daughter; Tammy Robinson; and one son, Jason Robinson, all of Murray; five sisters, Mary Helen Turner and Wynona Williams, both Murray, Rosetta Gibson of Florida, Dortha Hanson of Hardin, and Wanda Jones of Missouri, one brother; James Robinson of Murray; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Sue (Bean) Robinson; four brothers; and three sisters. His parents were Herchel and Mary Helen (Williams) Robinson.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home with Dan Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Murray Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
