PRINCETON — Jane Mitchell, 82, of Princeton died at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday at Princeton Health & Rehabilitation Center.

She was a retired spring assembler at Mid Continent.

She is survived by three sons, Blakely Mitchell and Marvin Mitchell, both of Caldwell County, and Jerry Glenn Mitchell of Cadiz; one daughter, Sheila Mitchell Hulsey of Madisonville; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; one stepgreat-grandchild; six brothers, Waldon Adams of Cadiz, D.C. Adams of Hopkinsville, Walter “Mort” Adams, Jesse Adams, and Elbert Adams, all of Cadiz, and David Adams of Madisonville; and three sisters, Iva West of Cadiz, Martha Lumpkin of Little Rock, Ark., and Betty Lou Herndon of Cadiz.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Seldon Standard Mitchell. Her parents were Ben and Nell Harriett Robertson Adams.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Morgan’s Funeral Home with the Revs. Mike Boyd and Gary Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Blue Spring Church Cemetery in Caldwell County.

Visitation was after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
