SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Jenna Caroline Orr and Brian Gregory Wainer were united in marriage Oct. 6 at Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale with the Rev. Sonny Frisenda officiating. Music was provided by Steve Culp, pianist; Scott McKenna and Diane Frias, vocalists; and Guetano, Spanish guitarist. Serving as readers were Audra Summers of Paducah, Alison Chalmers of Scottsdale, and Jen Wainer of Phoenix, sister of the groom.

The bride is the daughter of Randy and Andrea Orr of Paducah.

The groom is the son of Jeff and Judy LaPlant of Cave Creek, Ariz., and Greg Wainer of Columbus, Ohio.

The bride chose Mrs. Mary E. Orr of Paducah as her matron of honor and Miss Sarah Gentry of Louisville, Ky., as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Natalie Arrowood of Lexington, Ky., Miss Kathleen Hayden of Owensboro, Ky., Mrs. Katie House of Lexington, Ky., Miss Stephanie Kneisley of Scottsdale, Miss Jennifer Sidun of St. Louis and Miss Caroline Wilson of Paducah. Serving as flower girls were Miss Harper Orr, Miss Emma Henderson and Miss Savannah Henderson, all of Paducah, Miss Taylor Jones of Palm Beach, Fla., Miss Cruz Armentrout of Louisville, and Miss Zella Wainer of Toledo, Ohio. Ringbearers were Brody Miller of Paducah, Andrew Orr of Murray, Ky., and Rocco Armentrout of Louisville.

The groom chose Kevin Young of Lexington as his best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Borns of Tucson, James D’Arcy of Louisville, Matthew Decker of Dublin, Ohio, Tony Hammond of Phoenix, Rory Nichol of Phoenix, and Brandon Orr and Logan Orr, both of Paducah and brothers of the bride. Serving as ushers were Mark Jesse of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mark Pinchera and Tyler Tocco, both of Scottdale, and Ross Vincent of St. Louis. Junior groomsmen were Sebastian Camacho of Paducah and Blake Wainer of Toledo, Ohio.

A reception followed at Camelback Villa.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Carlisle County High School, a 2008 graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington and a 2010 graduate of Arizona State University with a master’s degree in architecture. She is an architect employed by Camp, Dresser, McKee & Smith in Phoenix.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Springfield High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Kentucky. He is employed by Stryker Orthopedics as the Phoenix trauma sales representative.

They reside in Glendale.
