Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Lockett of Calvert City and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Webb of Paducah announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacey Layne Webb, to Jordan Keith Duncan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Swinford of Ledbetter, and Kevin Duncan of Ledbetter.

Miss Webb is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Hicks of Paducah, and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Webb of Benton. She is a 2011 graduate of Marshall County High School and is attending West Kentucky Community & Technical College. She is employed by White & White Family Dentistry.

Mr. Duncan is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Duncan of Salem, and the late Patricia Harold. He is a 2009 graduate of Livingston Central High School and attended West Kentucky Community & Technical College. He is employed by James Marine Inc.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 at Walker Hall in Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited. Only out-of-town invitations are being sent.
