CADIZ — Dorothy Haney, 88, of Cadiz died Friday at her home.

Mrs. Haney was a homemaker and a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Calumet City, Ill.

She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary No. 74, Trigg County Homemakers Club and the Rosary Society.

She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Colbert of Cadiz and Bonita McCubbin of Atlanta; one brother, Arthur Wisowaty of Calumet City; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry “Bud” Haney Jr.; her parents, Anthony Wisowaty and Bernice Wisowaty; a daughter, Jacqueline Vasilak; three brothers, and two sisters.

Goodwin Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

A memorial service will be held later at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City.
