MURRAY — Nicole Norsworthy, 38, of Murray died Thursday at her home.

She was a former employee of Spring Creek Health Care as an LPN, was a graduate of Hopkinsville Community College, and a member of Grace Baptist Church.

She was survived by her husband, Chris Norsworthy; her mother, Betty Lawless of Hopkinsville; her father, Kenneth Maynard of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; one daughter, Trinity Beth Norsworthy of Murray; one son, Jordan Emanuel Norsworthy of Murray; one sister, Leann Graefe of Melbourne, Fla.; two brothers, Kenneth D. Maynard of Hopkinsville, and Paul G. Ashbery of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Rev. Sammy Cunningham will officiate, with entombment in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
