Eddie Norris, 91, Paducah, died Friday, November 9, 2012, 9:51 p.m. at McCracken Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.

Norris was a member of St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was employed for many years at the former Rosenfield’s Department store. He was preceded in death by his parents, Will and Rosa Mansfield Norris; five sisters; and four brothers.

Norris is survived by his wife, Erma L. Norris of Paducah; three sons, Anthony Thomas, Eddie (Neto) J. Norris, and William (Donnie) D. Norris, all of Paducah; two daughters, Glendale Ray of Milwaukee, Wis., and Bonitta Davis of Pontiac, Mich.; two stepdaughters, LaRonda Mosley and Jennifer Mosley, both of Lexington; 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one niece, Dorothy Titsworth of Paducah; and several great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services are scheduled for noon Friday, November 16, 2012, at St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church with Reverends Sherri Scott and Jewel Wilson Jr. officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.

Friends may call at the church on Friday, November 16, 2012, from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
