Eddie Norris, 91, of Paducah, died at 9:51 p.m. Friday at McCracken Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.

He was a member of St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed for many years at the former Rosenfield’s department store.

He is survived by his wife, Erma L. Norris; three sons, Anthony Thomas, Eddie (Neto) J. Norris, and William (Donnie) D. Norris, all of Paducah; two daughters, Glendale Ray of Milwaukee, and Bonitta Davis of Pontiac, Mich.; two stepdaughters, LaRonda Mosley and Jennifer Mosley, both of Lexington; 16 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his five sisters, and four brothers. His parents were Will and Rosa Mansfield Norris.

Services will be at noon Friday at St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church with the Revs. Sherri Scott and Jewel Wilson Jr. officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
