MAYFIELD — Joseph C. “Joe” Moss, 55, of Mayfield died at Friday at his home.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church and active in the choir. He was a retired employee of Campbell Tobacco Company and the owner/operator of Highway Oil.

He is survived by his father, James Cecil Moss Jr.; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Buchanon Moss.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joe Hansen officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery. Friends may call after noon at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church, 214 S. 8th, Mayfield, KY 42066.
