ROSICLARE, Ill. — Cecil Everett Donithan, 80, of Hardin, Ill., died Sunday at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Marion, Ill.

He was a member of Rosiclare Masonic Lodge and was a retired master sergeant in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Donithan; and a brother, Wesley Donithan.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. His parents were Loren and Ailene Donithan.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home with Larry Harris officiating. Masonic rites will be at noon. Burial will be at Dixon Volkert Cemetery in rural Hardin County. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
