ELIZABETHTOWN, Ill. — Teresa Kay Conn, 51, of Elizabethtown died Friday at Hardin County General Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Dexter Conn; one daughter, Amanda Smith; one son, James Conn; two grandchildren; two brothers, Dale Price and Dean Price; and two sisters, Dianna Kumorek and LuAnne Little.

She was preceded in death by two infant brothers. Her parents were Herb Price and Jeanette Albert Price.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare with the Rev. Stan Pennell officiating.
