CARLETON, Mich. — A Michigan bride and groom dressed as zombies to mark a scary day of marriage with a Halloween-themed wedding.

The Monroe Evening News reports 30-year-old Amanda Cusumano of Monroe and 40-year-old Todd Lambert of Carleton exchanged vows Saturday with a pastor dressed as Sherlock Holmes officiating. Friends and family also dressed in costume for the ceremony in Carleton, about 30 miles southwest of Detroit.

Cusumano wore a black velvet dress. Lambert wore a black suit and fake monster teeth, and carried a skeleton-headed cane.
