KEVIL — Lisa D. Ward, age 43, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at 5 a.m. at a friend’s home in Paducah.

She attended Barlow General Baptist Church.

Lisa is survived by her father, Harold Skid Turner; her mother, Sue Carolyn Goode of Kevil, and her stepfather, Frank Goode of Kevil; one brother, Richie Turner of Kevil; two sisters, Cindy Bogusz of Myakka City, Florida, and Phyliss Knight of Lone Oak; four stepsisters and one stepbrother; four nephews, Joshua and Luke Bogusz of Florida and Chase and Jarred Turner of Tennessee.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 26, 2012, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. William Culp officiating. Interment will be at a later date at Newton Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 25, 2012, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center.
