Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Hopkins of Paducah will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday.

Mr. Hopkins and the former Carol Hines were married Sept. 29, 1962, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church.

Mr. Hopkins is retired from the B.F. Goodrich Chemical Co. in Calvert City.

They are the parents of Rob Hopkins and Lori Hopkins Fiser. They have three grandchildren.
