FARMINGTON — Betty Lou Ellison, 82, of Farmington died Friday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

She was a retired sitter and a former employee of Murray State University. She was a member of Farmington Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Ben Ellison; two daughters, Jannis K. Julian of Cincinnati, Ohio and Debbie Richardson of Lawrenceburg; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie Thomas and Katie Bell Cornwell.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with the Rev. Kerry Lambert officiating. Burial will be in Pace Cemetery.
