Mr. and Mrs. Henry E. Nangle of Carmel, Ind., formerly of Paducah, celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary recently with their family in Carmel.

Mr. Nangle and the former Mary Margaret Mudd were married Aug. 23, 1947, at St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Owensboro. Their attendants were Harry Davis and Nancy Mudd Orr.

Mrs. Nangle is retired from Leake Printing Co. She is the daughter of the late Clyde and Catherine Mudd.

Mr. Nangle is retired from the Illinois Central Railroad. He is the son of the late Henry and Delia Nangle.

They are the parents of Catherine Kroeff of Carmel and the late Henry Thomas “Tom” Nangle. They have one granddaughter.
