HAZEL — Carolyn Ann Hendon Rehmus, 64, of Hazel died Friday at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray.

She was a former insurance agent with McNutt Insurance and worked for Murray-Calloway County Hospital in medical records. She was a member of New Concord Church of Christ and the Hazel Day Committee.

She is survived by her husband, George Rehmus; one son, Ed Rehmus of Hazel; two sisters, Donna Henry and Marsha Farley, both of Murray; and two grandchildren.

Her parents were Clyde and Nell Pace Hendon.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with the Rev. Eugene Burkeen officiating. Burial will follow in the Hicks Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
