MAYFIELD — Ruby Blythe Johnson, 64, of Mayfield died at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
She was a member of New Vision Church in Mayfield and worked at Tobacco Barn.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by two daughters, Debra Williams of Norcross, Ga., and Rena Lawson of Mayfield; one son, Shawn Johnson of Mayfield; five sisters, Faye Woods of Chicago, Cassandra Murdock of Memphis, Tenn., Rita Campbell of Glen Burnie, Md., Tanya Thomas of Union City, Tenn., and Barbara Jackson of Mayfield; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three aunts; and one uncle.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Edward Blythe; her mother, Hazel Bransford Concentine; and one brother.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Highland Park Cemetery in Mayfield with the Rev. Howard House officiating.
Friends may call after noon Monday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield.
