MOUNDS, Ill. — Wiley W. Williams, 71, of Mounds died at 10:26 p.m. Wednesday at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was a retired laborer and a member of the Crusaders For Christ Church in Mounds.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Morris Williams; three sons, Oscar Williams and Billy Williams, both of Cairo, and Christopher Williams of Kennett, Mo.; three sisters, Offie Willard of Kennett, Mae Morris of Mounds, and Bernice Pyle of Sacramento, Calif.; one brother, Jerry Williams of Villa Ridge; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Dollie Williams; one daughter, Lisa Williams; two sisters; and three brothers.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Crusaders For Christ Church with the Rev. Dennis Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery in Olmsted.
