FULGHAM — Mr. William Aaron (Dub, W.A.) Bugg, age 85, of the Fulgham community passed away at 10:20 a.m. Sunday, August 19, 2012, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield.
He was born on April 17, 1927, to the late Elvana and William Newton Bugg.
Mr. Bugg was an ordained minister and a retired carpenter with Carpenters Local 357.
Mr. Bugg is survived by his wife of 63 years, Martha Marie Gatewood Bugg of the Fulgham community; four daughters, Janie (Terry) Holder of Clinton, Cynthia Marie (Robert) Davis of the Dogwood community, Anita Joy Bugg of Nashville, Tenn., and Laura Jo Bugg of Fulgham; four grandsons, David Holder of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Darrin (Jennifer) Holder of Clinton, Andrew Davis of Pell City, Ala., and Logan (Jessica) Davis of Baton Rouge, La.; one great-grandson, Landon Holder of Clinton; and two brothers, Charles Bugg of Wingo and Hershel Bugg of Mansfield, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by three siblings, Louise Humphreys McKinney, George T. Humphreys and Hollis L. Bugg.
Graveside services will be held at noon Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at the Clark Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church.
