Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sanders of Paducah will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Nashville, Tenn.

Mr. Sanders and the former Jacqueline “Jackie” Louise Clark were married Aug. 16, 1952, by the Rev. Frank Norfleet at Immanuel Baptist Church’s parsonage. Their attendants were Eugene Usher and Martha Nace.

Mrs. Sanders formerly worked for Magnavox and West Kentucky Motor & Supply. She is the daughter of the late Troy W. and Ruby Clark.

Mr. Sanders is a retired district manager for Commercial Credit Corp. He is the son of the late James Sanders and the late Martin and Pauline Little.

They have two children: Alan Sanders and Shawn Turner, both of Paducah; and two grandchildren.
