CADIZ — Carolyn Juanita Forguson, 64, of Cadiz died Friday at her home.

She worked as a hairstylist and cosmetologist. She was a member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Reed Forguson of Cadiz; three sons, Todd Michael Crisp, Jason Matthew Crisp and Jonathan Patrick Crisp, all of Cadiz; one daughter, Leah Caroline Mitchell of Cadiz; two brothers, Ryan Merrick and James Merrick, both of Cadiz; one sister, Barbara Jean Gamblin of Crofton; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Her parents were William Morris Merrick and Barbara Wilson Merrick.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at East End Cemetery with the Revs. Terry Mitcheson and Bob McIntosh officiating. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
