FREDONIA — Spurlin McCord “Spud” Rushing, 75, of Fredonia died Sunday at Norton Hospital in Louisville.

He was a retired truck driver.

Survivors include one daughter, Shannon Weick of Battletown; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. His parents were Joseph and Alie Holloman Rushing.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Crayne Cemetery in Crittenden County. Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton is in charge of arrangements.
