Julie Ann Elliott Peck and John Lawrence Ellington Jr. will be united in marriage at 7 p.m. Friday at Spring Bayou Baptist Church. All friends and relatives are invited.

Ms. Peck is the daughter of Larry and Carolyn Baker of East Berlin, Pa., and the late Flavous “Paul” Elliott. She is the granddaughter of the late Lawrence and Pearl Torian, and the late Marvin and Alta Elliott. She is a 1986 graduate of Lone Oak High School and is pursuing a degree in diagnostic medical sonography at West Kentucky Community & Technical College.

Mr. Ellington is the son of Larry and Paula Ellington of Paducah. He is the grandson of the late George and Luella Ellington, and the late Clyde and Aline Byrd. He is a 1984 graduate of St. Mary High School and is pursuing a degree in machine tool technology from West Kentucky Community & Technical College.
