FANCY FARM — Louis Elmer Wilson, 77, of Fancy Farm died at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
He was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus 1418, a U.S. Army veteran, and retired from Purolator Company.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Wilson; one son, Greg Wilson of Paducah; three stepdaughters, Sandra Sholar and Theresa Thompson, both of Fancy Farm, and Karla Thompson of Hickory; two stepsons, Clint Thompson of Fancy Farm and Rusty Thompson of King Salmon, Alaska; two sisters, Jane Toon and Marie Johnson, both of Fancy Farm; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Douglas Wilson; two brothers; and two sisters. His parents were Elmer and Lillian Simon Wilson.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Jerome Catholic Church with the Rev. Darrell Venters officiating. Burial will follow in St. Jerome Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at the church.
