PRINCETON — Ray Hendricks, 71, of Princeton died Sunday at Princeton Health and Rehab following a long illness.

He was a school teacher in Christian County. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Kentucky Retired Teachers and Woodman of the World.

Mr. Hendricks is survived by his wife, Helen Wilber Hendricks; two sons, David Hendricks of Georgetown and Mark Hendricks of Lexington; three stepdaughters, Sharon Barber, Deborah Hunsaker and Diane Carroll, all of Princeton; one brother, Gary Hendricks, of Orlando, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers. His parents were Bob and Lizzie Mae Sadler Hendricks.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Morgan’s Funeral Home. A private burial will follow. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
