MAYFIELD — Erin Marcia Barbagelata, 29, of Mayfield died at 4 a.m. Sunday at her residence.

She attended Calvary United Methodist Church, was a CNA at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah, and was a U.S. Marines veteran of the Iraq war.

She is survived by her mother, Stephanie Howell of Mayfield; one sister, Kimberly Barbagelata of Ventura, Calif., and grandparents, Errol and Martha Howell of Mayfield and Don Barbagelata of Sparks, Nev.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gregory Joseph Barbagelata, and a grandmother, Joyce Barbagelata.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with the Rev. Joel Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley Cemetery.

Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
